Beautiful Provencal villa of 150 m2, 4 bedrooms for 8 people, close to all amenities on foot (5 minutes from the village and Polygone shopping center). Close to bus stops, motorway access, acro-branches leisure centers, beaches 3km by bike path.
In a dominant position, it enjoys an exceptional view.
On a plot of 750 m2 fully enclosed with electric gate, it has 2 large terraces, a traditional pool of 10m x 5m, and a bowling green.
Large garage of 90 m2.
It consists on the ground floor of a beautiful entrance, a large living room with fireplace (32 m2), a semi open kitchen, fully equipped quality, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, a shower room to the Italian.
On the floor, 2 rooms, a mezzanine, a big room of shower.

Maison agréable très belle piscine d’environ 50m2 vue sur les montagnes et sur la forteresse de Villeneuve Loubet. Très bon coin très calme.
Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques le propriétaire très sympathique !
