Fantastic Stay Close to the Sea

Exceeded our expectations! Great space and perfect location. Owner was very helpful. Easy transportation, stops outside the front door. Sea a block away. Highly recommend for a stay in Nice. Thank you !

The perfect apartment and host. 10/10

Location: 2 mins from the trams to the city and markets, a few minutes walk to the beach. Building is safe, the neighbourhood has many supermarkets, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is modern, super clean, everything works. The beds are comfortable, and appliances are all in good working order. Lina has provided generous supplies for a very comfortable stay. Checking in is easy with Lina’s clear instructions. She is very responsive and always offers her help and support to us very warmly. We stayed for a week in Lina’s apartment with our dog. After communicating with Lina during the week, I feel like we’re old friends. 10/10 would recommend this apartment and host!

Beautiful apartment minutes from the beach! The apartment is HUGE tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lilly is also the perfect host providing accurate relevant information. We loved Nice and won’t hesitate in booking the apartment when we come back

The apartment was excellently located and exceeded expectations

The apartment was spectacular and only a minute or two from the tram stop. The apartment was well equipped and decorated end fabulously. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Vacation

Location was great, steps from the tram and the sea is just across the street. You can actually partly see the Mediterranean from the balcony. We didn’t stay in the apt much as there was so much to see. Enjoyed the coffee in the balcony every morning and then was off to exploring. The only small issue was sometimes the shower was either too hot or cold but we managed.

Escapade à Nice

Le logement est bien situé, proche des transports (tramway) et à 2 pas de la promenade des Anglais. Par contre le stationnement est payant (tarif exorbitant) et l'annonce laissait supposer qu'il y avait un parking. Le paiement de la location s'effectue en dollars ce qui entraine des frais supplémentaires. Dommage!

Très bon séjour

Un super séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Tout y est pour être à l’aise, café, lessive, tablettes pour le lave vaisselle, climatisation. Juste une précision, il n’y a pas de place de parking mais le stationnement est gratuit dans la rue perpendiculaire à quelques mètres. Je recommande !!
