  • This is a recently renovated 4-person mezzanine apartment, ideally located in the very heart of Nice, in the pedestrian zone with its restaurants and entertainment, 100 metres from the beach and 300 metres from Place Masséna: the MEZZA 4-person apartment. There is another 4-person apartment, “ADIEOU,” right next door.
    In the area, major brands and luxury boutiques line the elegant area around Place Masséna, Avenue de Verdun, and the nearby pedestrian streets. Avenue Jean Médecin and its side streets are always bustling with activity.
    There’s no need to drive. You’ll be less than a 5-minute walk from all the attractions. There are also buses and the tram nearby, and the train station is 1 km away—a 15-minute walk—for exploring the surrounding towns.

It’s a nice apartment in a good location. However it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator My wife slipped and fell on the way down . Also the entrance to this building is rather filthy and we felt embarrassed being seen entering. Garbage is also collected at the entrance for the units so there was always a smell

​We had a fantastic stay here. The location truly cannot be beaten—stepping out right by Place Masséna put us within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Strolling into Old Nice (Vieux Nice) for dinner, gelato, and morning markets took just a few minutes, and the beach and Promenade des Anglais were equally close. ​The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-suited for our group of four. Having reliable Wi-Fi and strong air conditioning made returning after long, warm days out exploring along the coast an absolute breeze. With tram links, shops, and bakeries right on the doorstep, it was the perfect home base for enjoying Nice. We would happily stay here again. The unit is located on the 5th floor.We definitely got our steps in everyday. It was a challenge carrying all our luggages up .

Super apartment! The air conditioning was incredibly effective, which was a huge plus. The host was very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had a question. The apartment was spotless, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from both the beach and all the action. We would definitely stay here again!

Parfait !

L’appartement est tout simplement parfait! Nous sommes venus pour l’Ironman et tout est à proximité: lieu de la course, la plage, les restaurants et boutiques , supermarché. L’appartement est très propre, style industriel sympa avec toutes les commodités ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu’on a des contraintes de triathlète. La climatisation est également très appréciable, c’est un dans ce logement. Les échanges avec le propriétaire sont fluides et réactifs . Nous recommandons grandement ce logement.

Séjour à Nice

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’appartement est situé en plein centre de Nice à proximité de tout (restaurants, boutiques, plage, monuments et visites). Il est très bien agencé et les équipements fournis sont impeccable. Il est calme malgré le bruit de la ville. Le seul petit bémol mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce il est au 4 ème étage sans ascenseur. Notre hôte est très disponible et répond à toutes nos questions avec rapidité . Si nous revenons sur Nice nous reviendrons ici c’est certain
