Appartement fonctionnel mais bruyant

Il serait raisonnable d'investir dans du double vitrage dans les deux pièces restantes car on entend énormément l'extérieur (camions poubelle, motos, voix, etc.) Pour autant cela fait 3 fois que nous louons car le quartier est très bien.

Appartement sympa mais bruyant

L’appartement est sympa, vaste, bien équipé et bien situé (moins de 1km du centre), mais les fenêtres simple vitrage le rende très bruyant. D’autant qu’il y a au pieds de l’immeuble une supérette (pratique), mais avec livraisons nocturnes…(nuits difficiles). Bref ce serait top d’investir dans de nouvelles menuiseries !

Appartement spacieux , bien situé près de la gare et de la plage .Tout étais fonctionnel seul point négatif c’est le bruit appartement très mal isolé difficile d’être au calme .

Séjour à Nice

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits dans l'appartement Harold, les personnes s'occupant de notre sejour ont été très arrangeantes et très gentilles, merci à elles ! Pour le logement, bel appartement avec une belle surface, malheureusement très très bruyant la nuit, et beaucoup de vis à vis. Mais il était très fonctionnel et proche de tout ! Nous en sommes très contents

J'ai quitté le studio du 15 RUE VERDI non conforme à votre contrat : installation électrique non conforme, appareils ménagers vétustes H.S. lave-linge, micro onde, lampe de chevet qui présentait des traces de brulure et hallogène H.SSerrure portant la mention : ne pas fermer le verrou de l'intérieur au risque de rester enfermé!!!!!!!!!! Ce n'est pas un gag mais la simple réalité... ne sera jamais à la hauteur des nuisances que j'ai subies 28 RUE Herold : PAS D EAU

mauvaise isolation

les fenetres et les volets sont trop anciens heureusement que le quartier est tres calme ( en fevrier) .Il faudrait au moins des rideaux occultants. Petit immeuble tres calme bien situé pas loin de la gare.

Ferienwohnung Hérold

Wir waren zum 3. mal in dieser Wohnung und waren wie immer zufrieden. Die öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen, da die Wohnung zentral liegt. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas laut.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement était très adapté aux fortes chaleurs, avec ses 3 expositions; il est fort bien situé et sa vue sur un jardin où gazouillent les oiseaux dès le matin met de bonne humeur pour la journée. Par contre les boiseries auraient besoin d'une rénovation et une armoire permettrait de mieux ranger ses vêtements.

Ferienwohnung Hérold

Wir waren schon das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung und kommen im Herbst 2018 nochmal. Insgesamt waren wir mit allem sehr zufrieden, an einigen Nächten war es etwas laut, aber man kann damit leben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. (Bahnhof, Bus usw.)
