Super studio oasis in the middle of Nice

Well appointed air conditioned studio with huge private terrace. Central to everything, yet surprisingly quiet, on the 7th floor with lift.Everything provided and charming host met us on site.Highly recommended

Great apartment with the bonus being an amazing terrace. It was clean and had everything we needed. Also, communication is good and the location is great - very walkable. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

Nice (in English) place :)

An easy walk to the promenade and old town. The balcony was a treat to sit on in the evening after a long day. The kitchen was well appointed and it seemed that everything one could need was provided for.

Incredible stay, amazing location!

We had an amazing 4 nights at this wonderful apartment in Nice. Top floor of a very quiet building right next to old town and 5 minutes from the beach. Spacious living space, bathroom, and well appointed kitchen. The best part was the large private patio with table and chairs and loungers. We miss it already!

We are a couple of seventy year olds who have just stated in a very comfortable, well located studio apartment in Nice. Everything was very good. Owner was helpful. We would stay there again without a doubt.

Very nice place

The appartment is perfectly located snd have enough space for 2 persons. It was very clean and had very well equipped. The terrace was beautiful and surprisingly spacious and quiet. We definitely recommend this place. Thank you Danielle

A centrally-located gem!

This was our second stay in this lovely, well-equipped studio apartment. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, who reminded us of how things worked and who was available straight away during the week when we had a question. The apartment's location is ideal for the city centre, the Old Town, the beach, shops, restaurants, trams and buses, and is very peaceful despite being so central. The level of cleanliness was extremely high and the roomy terrace was perfect for enjoying the best of the weather. We certainly hope to return!

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!

This property is in the perfect location, just off the Place Massena in beautiful Nice, steps from the beach, great shopping, Old Town Nice and wonderful restaurants. The property is spotless, well appointed and has everything you will need for a great vacation. After our delayed arrival and some issues with our international calling, we finally met our wonderful host, Danielle at the front door. She was so nice and showed us around the apartment and explained everything we needed to know about our stay. Please be aware that this is a studio apartment which is basically a large living area with a bed and dining table, a nice sized separate kitchen and a large bathroom with a great shower. Another great feature is the huge terrace overlooking the city. This super outdoor space has a dining table, and several lounge chairs, surrounded by plants. It is a private oasis on the seventh floor of the building. The best of Nice is right outside your door. We highly recommend this property which is perfect for a couple.

Le studio est encore mieux que sur les photos ! La terrasse est immense et la vue superbe sur la montagne est idéale pour les apéros. Beaucoup d'accessoires inclus dans la location, ce qui est parfait pour les petits besoins du quotidien durant un court séjour. J'y étais tellement bien que je me suis trompé de date de départ d'une journée ! Mais la responsable a été d'une gentillesse à mon égard, me permettant de préparer mes affaires sans stresser. Je recommande vivement ce studio, voisin des Galeries Lafayette et de la Place Massena.

This was a lovely gem. Everything you could want in a great location, just off Place Massena. Good communication from the owner and she actually greeted us on checkin to introduce and show us round. Good information in the apartment too and great terrace/balcony. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

Great Apt she lefr wine water biscuts coffee and tea and a map . Met me at property. Responded to all Correspondence. Great location to public transport and the sea many shops bakeries . Only thing tv all in french . So you may want to bring laptop . I watched my phone in the evening. 😆

Awesome Property

Great Location. We loved staying at this property. Very accommodating Host. We visited Nice for our anniversary and stayed 8 days. Our flight arrived early on Friday morning so I contacted Danielle to see if we could either check in early or if she knew a place where we could store our luggage until check in time. She met us at her property at 10am which allowed us to unpack, unwind and to start our vacation early. We re-booked this property for next year mid way through our stay. Highly recommended!!!

The Best Stay

We had such a great time and this apartment was the best! Danielle was so helpful and responsive when we had questions. If we ever get to go back to Nice we will definitely stay here again!
