Ideally located 2 minutes from the beaches and in the heart of the city, this bright studio is surprisingly quiet because it overlooks an interior courtyard.
Two minutes walk to the beaches and supermarkets, this studio is surprisingly quiet as it gives onto an inner courtyard. It is located at the bottom of Boulevard Gambetta.
It is located in the city center, behind the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, at the bottom of Boulevard Gambetta.

It has a new sofa bed (excellent mattress) and a kitchenette with bar table, a washing machine and a shower room with wc. A television and wifi complete the equipment.
It's got all the basic equipment: A new sofa bed with top quality mattress, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilets; a washing machine; Television and wifi.

On the ground floor an interior courtyard welcomes your bikes.
You can park your bike in the inner courtyard.

This studio is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed.

Voyage Nice

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour malgré quelques petits incidents indépendamment de la volonté de la propriétaire (coupure d’électricité due au chauffe-eau…). À noter que la porte de la salle de bain et des toilettes ne se ferme pas, petit défaut du studio qui par ailleurs, est très bien situé. Celui-ci possède plein de commerces à proximité. Il y a, de plus, beaucoup d’endroits à visiter ! (Parc phœnix, château de Nice, Parc du Mont-Boron, Vieux-Nice…). Bien évidemment, la plage qui se trouve à 2-3 minutes de la location ainsi que beaucoup de transports dont le tram et les bus. Ajoutons que la propriétaire est très aimable et à l’écoute au moindre souci.

Une location au top!

Le studio est au top, bien situé, près des commerces, de la plage mais aussi du vieux Nice! La résidence est très calme, de plus l'exposition fait qu'on ne souffre pas du tout de la chaleur. Christine, la propriétaire, se soucie vraiment du bien-être de ses locataires, elle est vraiment disponible et nous a super bien acceuillie. En bref, une location au top! Nous reviendrons... Un séjour à la hauteur de mes attente

C’est un studio très agreable et calme dans le centre de Nice parallèle à à promenade des Anglais. Toutes les commodites du quotidien sont au pied de l’immeuble. Pour vos courses je vous recommande le Super U bien achalandé et pas cher. Tout peut se faire à pied depuis cet appartement. Christine la propriétaire est charme et disponible. Elle met tout œuvre pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable. Si ma route me ramène à Nice, j’y reviendrai.

We enjoed our stay at Christine

The great apartment for a small budget. It is perfectly located to the Promenade and Gambetta. The flat is clean and well equipped. Communicating with it's owner Christine was great. She was fast and friendly to respond and very organized. She is ready to solve all problemes. There was no difficulties with the key deliverance, when our plan got delayed. We got even an extra coffee maker when we told her our coffee preferences. Thank you, Christine! We are looking forward to meeting you again.

Ottima posizione e accoglienza Perfetto per coppie

Piccolo monolocale molto confortevole, c'è tutto il necessario. La posizione della casa è ottima: a un minuto dal mare e a pochi minuti dal centro città. Vicino alla casa ci sono diversi supermercati. Gentilissima la proprietaria di casa. La casa è esattamente come in foto, la consiglio a giovani coppie che non debbano intrattenersi più di qualche giorno.
