Very good location, a short walk to the seafront and the main shopping district, many restaurants close by. All things considered very good value for money. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The communal areas, reception, bar and lounge etc. were very good and well maintained. Clean and tidy. This is a hotel we will go back to..

This is 3 stars hotel, looks like motel when you see the soap, hotel provided. I like to book 5 nights at this hotel, from Sunday to Friday. Average price for the night was 150 -160 euro ( from Sunday to Thursday), but night from Thursday to Friday, Sept. 12 to Sept. 13 - hotel put price 290 euro on different websites. This hotel/ motel cannot cost 290 euro per night ever. So, I should move for last night in different hotel, which ruined my last day in Nice, moving from one place to other just for night. The price 150 euro per night must include breakfast, but it doesn't,, Location was good, just overprice,,

Great location but our bedroom in need of an upgrade. Bathroom very dated and impossible for the hard working cleaning staff to clean to an acceptable standard. It's got great potential, it's a beautiful building architecturally and a great location for the tram and train network, as well as the beach.

Great hotel in a good location in the centre of Nice. Only negative is they have a weird policy where you cannot eat food in your room - it must be eaten on a terrace (which is lovely) or in a kitchen (which more resembles a staff tea room). Overall a good hotel albeit a little dated.

Beautiful quaint hotel, walking distance to everything- beach and promenade, train station, old town, restaurants etc! Staff were very friendly. Rooms were perfect size and very clean. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to Nice and highly recommend.
