"I received a message asking when I wanted to check in, and I replied that I would arrive around 17:00. I arrived slightly after 17:30 at the provided address and called the number from the message, but received no answer. I was then informed that the booking had been overbooked and that I had been moved to a different address. When I arrived at the new address, the property was...

Pier 5 Designhotel

Pier 5 Designhotel

10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic hotel - highly recommend - lovely staff, food and location. Rooms were clean and immaculately furnished. My one whinge would be the lighting in the bedroom which was dim and seemed to have no way to turn it up brighter. I'm already planning a return visit next year and will be staying at this hotel again."
