Welcome to your easy-breezy Niantic getaway! This bright, comfortable 4-bedroom beach house sleeps up to 8 and is just a short stroll (about 500 feet) to Crescent Beach, a private community beach with a snack stand—perfect for quick beach days without the hassle.

Inside, you’ll find four cozy bedrooms with a mix of beds for families and groups: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 2 Twins, plus 2 full bathrooms with showers. You’ll also have all the “home-base” essentials: A/C, heat, WiFi, and a washer & dryer—so you can pack light and stay comfortable.

Outside is where this place really shines: a pet-friendly fenced yard so your pups (and your people) can relax after a day in the sun.
