The staff was very welcoming and helpful. However, the bedsheets were dirty, there were many bugs and spiders in the bedroom and bathroom, and the cost was high for the quality of the experience.

Everything was ok with hotel , fairly clean , staff was nice , room was clean and comfortable, a little dated . The big issue we had had nothing to do with the hotel , there was a guest next door who was terribly loud , blasting the tv volume at 4:30 am , and then at 8am screaming on the phone arguing with someone , I had to knock on her door over the tv volume, just a bad night that we didn’t get any rest because of this lady , but this is not the hotel’s fault , overall is a nice place to stay when price is your priority, nothing fancy just a clean bed and room …

Quiet, clean, staff was friendly. Got in around midnight, and owner was very accommodating. Our door was messed up but the owner responded to our request quickly and came by and helped us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great lodging.

My family and I stayed here on our trip to Niagara Falls during the 4 th of July wknd. The owner Amrish was very friendly and attentive. We got into the city a few hrs early and he allowed us to check in early. The lady is very conveniently located near food and about 15 min from the falls. Free parking right in front. Great experience for us. Especially on our first family road trip.

Had a trailer for a motorcycle i went to buy from watertown NY and the manager allowed me to park the trailer and leave it in a parking spot unhooked from my truck while my wife and me went to niagra falls for the night and following day. I would definitely reccoment to anyone. Friendly place to stay.

We were close to all the shopping and our room was clean and neat. Two seater table was great! It was very quiet when we were there. Our only complaints were that the beds were too firm - at least for us, no breakfasts available and we didn't have a microwave in our room (hot water and coffee was available for free in the office).
