Minutes to Niagara Falls State Park

Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park.

The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the rooms has a queen bed with a small sitting room attached that has a twin bed for an extra guest. The other bedroom has a double bed. The other full bathroom is on the second floor.

On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard.

The house, built in 1920, is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.

The house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls.

The house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable (we do have an interior antenna for broadcast channels). There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered.

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. Wifi service wasn't that great, however. Enjoyed the back yard. Close to the Falls. Masterbedroom bed a bit uncomfortable for us older folk.

Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay.

Clean, charming house in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Location is great, as we used it as a base for trips to both sides of the falls, Buffalo, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and even Toronto. Also within close proximity to miles of paved trails for running, walking, biking, etc. One of the most well-stocked rentals we've stayed in, especially the kitchen.

Historic old house requires updates but very clean and well organized at convenient location to Niagara Falls. Not many complaints as this house is very reasonably priced opportunity

I would say this place has potential to be great. Some of the items are dated or worn out. The location is great along with the space of the house. It has easy access to the Lewiston Bridge to Canada.

Niagra Falls like a native

We were lucky to have found after home near everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Our adult family had great space and we loved the back porch( patio).

Good Location

The property is conveniently located to the sites around Niagara Falls including walking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The overall house is good with a small fenced backyard. We only used the kitchen sparingly so can't comment on how well it is stocked. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Unfortunately there was an incident and we were unable to stay but the house was very clean older house in a decent neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful in dealing with our issue quickly and was very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend! And would stay if ever in the area again!

Niagara Falls Vacation 2023

The house was perfect for us. It was located close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The property owner provided helpful information about the house and the local area. She also provided her cell number for easy communication if needed. The property was everything we were expecting. We had a great time during our stay.
