Check out instructions: By 11am check in and check out window is very narrow. The house needs to keep in a good shape so that cleaner can clean the house on time and next guest can check in on time.
1. Please clean up if there is any mess. Put all the trash in garbage bags and put it at the kitchen trash can. 2. No spills on the floor. 3. No unclean dishes on the sink or anywhere.

Poor to no communication had to call Vrbo host does not respond timely and only call Vrbo to get in cause no instructions. Found out where towels were after check out due to no response. Poorly cleaned had to buy toilet paper stay away!!!!!

AVOID THIS AT ANY COST.

sketchy neighborhood, no dishwasher, no towles, uneven first floor, table fan is broken, dirty tshir in one of the room. AC does not work on the first floor. sofa has stains, typical smell of air freshner through out the house. I can go on and on but you should get the point by now.

Buyer beware

The place was filled with flys and gnats. Biting us as we entered. I could not stay in the house more the 10 minutes. We left and went to a hotel. Host would not refund any money since she thought it was clean. We couldn’t even get the cleaning fee refunded. The freezer was stained and rusted. No pots and pans only lids. The drawer of oven was held up by cardboard. The neighborhood was unsafe. Beware.
