I enjoyed how much quiet it was in the hotel. The breakfast was immaculate. The only problem was that there was only one kids channel for my kid.

the location was great. right near what i needed and the bus station and train station were both close. Didn't know public transportation stopped running by the hotel for the season. I asked the staff about a bus pass for the day and no mention of there being no bus service. Otherwise it was good

Clean and comfortable room for a low price. Amazing breakfast. Located away from the falls near Niagara Falls station. Good choice if you are taking public transport.

The property is about a 45 minute walk to the falls, it's in decent condition - clean and well-furnished. The free breakfast buffet makes it a good value.

I liked that the hotel was away from the falls and very quiet. I did not like that we had to pay for parking and taxes on everything.

The staff did a great job from check in to check out and at breakfast. However, just a few small things. The sofa bed in the room was terrible. It felt worn out so a new mattress is needed. If you moved, it would cave in the middle.
The bed skirts on the beds were stained and dirty. Those should be washed with all needing and replaced when stained.
The pool and fitness room were out of order but that was listed on their site.
The area around the hotel is not great.
Staff was great for the most part.

Had a wonderful stay! Main attractions are a bit of a walk but only an 8 minute drive! Breakfast was warm and there were quite a few options! Room was so clean when we walked in and the bathroom was beautiful. Will definitely stay again on our next visit! Great location:)

I didnt like that they added on extra fees at checkout. They added a "local Niagara Falls" tax. Hotels just need to be honest up front, dont surprise people at checkout.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, especially with their complimentary breakfast. The kitchen staff, led by Chef Tashi, was exceptional. Their service and attention to detail truly made my stay memorable.

The property is not new but very comfortable overall.

They put us in a wheelchair access room which was okay but the bathroom was very cold because the door was always shut. the shower was very big but only a curtain which makes sense but the water went everywhere and the floor became very slippery. there was very little hot water and the water pressure but it got the job done. the breakfast was okay but not hot as it should have been but didnt go away hungry. the final bill was not what it was quoted me when I booked here on line.
