The whole staff at this property were very nice. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. I wished the bar stayed open later, but there are other options within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Only thing was that for the double pull out bed, they don’t supply a comforter, just a sheet and light weight blanket and only enough towels for 4 people when we booked the room for five. Easily fixed and they were great when we asked though.

Got an upgrade to a junior suite with a jacuzzi, so that was a nice bonus. Hotel is centrally located and is in good shape. Would recommend!

There was no soap in the bathroom. We called to ask for soap but didn’t get any. Has to ask a second time a few hours later. Not enough staff. Front desk and housekeeping take a long time to answer the phone.

We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the facility was. The room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. The pool area was in excellent condition and the water temperature was great for my younger kids. It was a very short, easy walk to Clifton Hill. We would highly recommend this hotel and are planning on staying there again in the future.
