So my friends and I needed a place to stay since we were seeing a show at electric city. EVERYTHING was booked and overly priced due to the bills game being home. I stumbled upon this property and gave it a shot. The place was VERY clean, super organized and it was an absolute hidden gem. We had no disruptions from any neighbors and totally enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive and was able to be asked questions even when he was out and about with family. I give our stay and this place a 10/10. Thank you so much!!The pic is from sunshine cafe nearby and that place was amazing too!

The host will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The house was clean and tidy and a pleasure to stay in. Very cozy. We were not able to use washer and dryer.

I'll start off by saying when we arrived for our stay the neighborhood and outside surrounding properties was a bit for sore eyes but once we got inside the place was well upkept and pretty nice place. It was a upstairs place and was a little let down that the main "front room and kitchen" wasn't really able to be cooled down but there was window AC units in all the rooms which made for a comfortable sleep but the rest of the place was a little warm. Aside for that being my only complaint. Had a kitchen with pots and pans for cooking with a full size range and a microwave. 10/10 I would come back and stay another night.

Niagara Falls June 2025

The neighborhood did not look the greatest but we were not bothered by anyone. The location was on point and only 5-10 minutes away from the Falls. The actual apartment was just what was needed after a day out site seeing. A couch to relax on and a comfortable bed to lay your head down. My son (16 yrs old ) brought his Play Station and hooked it up to the living room TV and kept him company throughout the stay. The one thing I would have loved to see was a single cup coffee maker (keurig). The balcony was " under construction"- didnt seem like it. It would have been nice to have that available to sit out in the evening.

Owner was very friendly. We loved the shower. Would stay again if ever in Niagara Falls again. Flat screen tv in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of towels available. Had 1 person decide to come with us. Owner declined to charge us for our added guest. He was easy to work with. We always had easy parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Really cute apartment! Spacious and it had a lot of nice little conveniences. Like wireless chargers and mini speakers in each room. Very clean and had all you could need minus your own food! Owner was easy to get in touch with and was very helpful! It was a nice place to come home and relax after a long day at the falls! Would definitely return!

Star of the show is the shower

Clean comfy close to falls, wish we knew it was a second floor walk up beforehand. However, the shower almost made it worth the stairs after a long day at the falls. Owner was on top of things and very nice. The rom with the king sized bed was missing the handle though.

Minutes away from all of Niagara Falls

If you’re expecting a cabin in the woods or private mansion in the suburbs, you’re going to have a bad time. This was a very nice three bedroom apartment to bring your family to, this really is a diamond in the rough. It’s a converted house with some small annoyances but nothing that we’d rate lower for. If you aren’t used to “inner city noise” bring a noise maker to sleep to. Likewise, there seemed to be only one plug in all the rooms, so bring a usb hub to charge stuff with. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place!We all really enjoyed the apartment and none of us had a bad time. If we ever make it up this way, we’d probably book this place again!

Neighborhood, outside of the house, and stairways were sketchy! The inside of the apartment was nice and had enough space. It was great location as far as distance to Niagara, but it did not feel safe. Only down fall inside was that we didn’t get more towels until the last night of our trip. It was priced fairly! Overall the apartment was fine.

The pictures online looks good. And communicating with the renter was good until we got there. The area is very close to the falls which was nice. But when we got to the place the whole house kind of looked like it was a little rundown. The doors looked old but were ok because of the locks. The house was pretty ok but everything looked kind of old and the bad parts were just painted over. The house in general was not as clean as we’d like. We were expecting a grill and a balcony but the balcony was under construction I guess which was not communicated to us prior. And when inside the closets were locked and unable to open. The bathroom shower was nice but the bathroom very small, he did have plenty of towels to use. We There was tvs in every room which was nice. Overall I’d say our stay was pretty good, but the morning of our first day we tried using an outlet for our car cause it is a hybrid. And we made due and parked a little on the sidewalk which we know is not preferred but just for a little charge. The renter called and was already angry sounding. He started saying it’s illegal we have to move it now which we understood but he was very rude did not let us explain and that it was mistake and we tried to apologize but he was very angry and was not nice in tone at all when all he could’ve done is just asked us to move and park normally.
