"Most of the time, when I am in Hanoi for business, I usaully stay at Daewoo but lately the staff and the services are very disappointed! Not so friendly, and lack of clear communication. There are many hotels in the areas that is cheaper and offer a better service."

"A small luxury hotel in the middle of the city, within blocks of the Night Market and Train Street, this was a great place to stay for a night. The breakfast was good, and the front office staff was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!"
