One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful new hotel. Very clean, comfortable beds and an amazing breakfast is served. The indoor pool was heated and zen like. The spa massage experience was excellent. The staff all appear to be highly trained and have perfected service to their customers making everyone feel like a celebrity. Location is great and a two minute walk to train Street as well as other attractions. Highly recommend.

スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニ ケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。

A very special place.Exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Getting there is a pain but once there magical. Left to spend more time in SaPa. Should have done the reverse. The weekday restaurant hostess was a special person. Competant engaging fluentand delightful.
