This hotel has the best customer service of anywhere I have stayed in Asia, and that is saying something. The rooms are cheap and clean The location is great, right in the heart of Hanoi, with all the major sights easily accessible. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty for all their guests, and were very helpful in recommending activities and organising tours. Would recommend this place for everybody, and I will definately be coming back.

A good place to stay, central to the Old Town. Clean and had everything we needed.
The real standout was the staff. So helpful and friendly. They booked a street food tour for us and we were so well looked after.
