First impressions is always the best. Meeting Pamela at the front desk excellent service, along with the rest of the front staff.
Room was very clean and super comfy love it p/s ( smart tv please lol). Breakfast was wonderful I cannot say anything bad about it. Hotel is in a nice safe walkable area to everything. 5 stars.

From the moment we booked the friendly staff messaged to welcome us and it was no different when we arrived the staff have been amazing.
They have great communication and are always ready to assist you, especially the door men they are lovely! Our room was amazing and the location of the hotel was so close to everything it really made it such a great stay!
Not to mention the buffet breakfast which had a great variety to suit everyone’s needs.
I highly recommend this hotel and some of the staff members Mark, Thuan and Max!

When I travel, what makes it special is the team, the staff, the people! This hotel has this and more! Kent and his team were incredible. What a beautiful hotel in the heart of it all. Its local, genuine and the facilities are just right. From breakfast to the pool, amazing massages, outdoor shower and beautiful smiles. Walking distance to everything. If you want a place that welcomes you with smiles, marshmellow beds and location, look no further. 10 out of 10. We will be back.
