Everything was great. Great choice for families with lots of space for New York compared to other hotels we have visited. Massive amount of storage for clothes and luggage. Two bathrooms, great facilities for laundry and the kids could play pool or ping pong whilst they were waiting. Would highly recommend. Easy location close to subway and ferries to get about.

Clean room and friendly staff
Only one thing was not good and that was the cleaning staff walked in at 10:30AM and check out time is 10:00AM that was not okay!
I did not say anything about it when I checked because everything else was great.
But I will stay there again!

Great location and staff
I had a lovely room overlooking the boats. It was very spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the hotel letting me check in super early at 5.30am! The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were so kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
