The Grafton Hotel

"The family room was way too small and cramped to be charging the price of two rooms. I regretted having selected the room for our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive. It would be good if the televisions have streaming servode available. Breakfast buffet quality could be improved. It was OK but hoped would be better as there was no fruit available. The location is wonderful."

"Our stay was wonderful Nico (im not sure how to spell it ) he was absolutely 110% personable, helpful and accommodating to our needs even gave us a short tour with so much history on St Helen's. He is a huge asset to the staff. I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone i know. The only thing that is missing is a hair dryer and wash clothes.Thank you for a wonderful stay. "Yes it was great. Really nice staff and freshly and modern decoration. The revolving front door was hideously annoying, kept stopping. Additionally, the lifts were so slow and busy! That said, it was a fantastic experience"
