"My wife, newborn, and I were awoken by a knock at the door at 2 am by a guest that the front desk knew was knocking and looking for his wallet. I called the front desk, they told me they were aware and that the person knocking had almost been “kidnapped” that night. You can imagine my alarm and anger as a new dad not only having a knock at the door at that hour waking us all up but the heightened alarm of hearing there was a kidnapper nearby. I asked for at least a partial refund but was met with resistance as they claimed that they weren’t at fault even though they knew what was going on and didn’t even bother to call the police. Would stay far away from this hotel. Very disappointing. "

"The property is acceptable for the price. To name a few of The breakfast items are apples, yogurt, dry cereal, “juices”, coffee, bagels, muffins, and packaged cinnamon rolls. A toaster and microwave are available. The beds and pillows in our room we’re comfortable. Nearby DQ and Mc D across the road. While the building is older, we did not see major disrepair. This is our 3rd time staying here while visiting family. "
