About this property
North Peak 3-106 trail side at Sunday River Ski Resort
- This condo is located in the much desired building three at North Peak. Condo is very easy to get to plus on the same floor as the ski lockers. The trail access from building three is one of the best. The living area is comfy and cozy with a gas fireplace. Dining area to sit enjoy a meal with everyone. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two is a "bunk room" with four single beds. This is a great spot to spend your ski vacation at. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
