The receptionist (I think her name was Theresa) was amazing. So friendly, helpful and nice. I have been to many hotels, she was outstanding and she is reason I gave this 5 stars. Rooms were perfectly adequate for the stay, clean and tidy. Had diner and breakfast both were delicious and had lots of options. Only slight negative was that hot breakfast finishes at 9.30 which is a bit early for me,

Lovely

Service excellent. Reception very friendly and helpful. Dinner was great, busy for a Tuesday but staff very efficient. Room was comfortable and clean and I had a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice (delicious home made wheaten)

The Tv was rubbish and had constant interference plus very little stations to watch. Room was extremely small and I asked for more milk etc for my coffee and I didn’t get any. The receptionist was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. She was knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.

Fabulous Flagstaff

Fabulous hotel in lovely location. I could tell you about the great bedroom with very spacious bathroom with great towels. Both spotless. I could tell you about their excellent dinner menu & equally excellent breakfast. Instead I'll tell you about the staff. Every one of them from check-in to restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. A credit to the hotel.

Perfect place

Friendly & quiet!

Good location for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and quiet despite weddings being held at the facility. Sloping car park was a challenge!
