Checked in and given room keys. Went to enter room and cleaning staff was standing in the doorway. Room was still being cleaned. Cleaners were rushed to finish. Room had a roach in it. I was told i would receive a refund because i had checked out the room at 2:30am. Still not refund it’s been over a week. Staff just always says the manager isn’t available.

When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and no rooms were available. I let the check-in person know I had an event to attend. She went and found me a room.
