At about 3:00 a.m. my children and I were woken up by the sound of a rodent. We were moved to a different room within a few minutes but the new room was just across the hall so that wasn't very comforting.

Staff seemed to handle a very challenging weekend (2 days of Goose at the Coliseum) very well. room phone did not work, but hotel was orderly, clean and mostly quiet - even after the shows. Always plenty of ice, we got good sleep and had a very nice time.

When I arrived in my room, an open bar soap with wraper was in the shower on the small soap dish in the shower. Shower was clean without rings in the tub but I wondered if the shower was actually sanitized and cleaned prior to my arrival. Cleaning, reception and all staff were courteous and friendly so I didn’t alert them. The treadmill in the small gym didn't work at all. There was a ",speed error" on thr panel.I replugged the unit and no change. I used the elliptical and still got a work out.

The pictures of the hotel does not match the actual look of the hotel. There is an old elevator that guest must ride to get to their room. My toilet did not work. I asked several times for someone to check it. No one came. This was the worst experience when booking and reserving a room.. please update the pictures and information to truly reflect the hotel for future guests.

The overall Hotel was small The bathroom was tight the door we had to put a towel at the bottom you could straight out the side bottom of the door into the hall way. The shower head wasnt clean we went to walmart i brought cleaning items and clean it.the toilet paper was cheap soon as you pull it tore. The parking lot was full of guest that may appear to be longterm residences placed there they was smoking out front entry drinking in the parking lot woth music Across the fence was another Hotel with lots of Hispanics drinking and partying half the evening. They breakfast stopped at 9am and check out time is 11, try moving it to 10am sp the late sleepers can enjoy it as well. It was baby that cried all night when we checked in it was an horrible experinvh8⁶

It sounds like there were several issues with the room, including a small bathroom, a dirty shower head, and cheap toilet paper that tore easily. Additionally, it seems like there were some noise issues with other guests smoking and drinking in the parking lot and a crying baby that kept you up all night. Rest assure we will work together with management and staff to make sure that you or anyone else experience these problems again. Regarding the breakfast hours, you suggested moving them to 10am so that late sleepers can enjoy it as well. I think that’s a great suggestion and would be beneficial for many guests. I will be sure to bring this suggestion to the proper authorities so that we can meet your recommendations. Thank you for staying with us and letting us know your experience. And to top it off, u had ppl sleeping in the lobby, on the ledge, with a blanket while others were sitting at tables & on the floor at 4:30 in the morning, as I’m trying to get to work !! Unbelievable… Will never stay nor recommend this property to anyone & they have the audacity to charge a $50 room deposit, for what, while other high ranking properties are charging $25…
