we enjoy the stay and we’ll book again great location located right behind the Newport police station. There’s also lots of things to do in the location. A big pond for fishing my family enjoyed.

Very Basic Rental

If you need a place to stay for a couple of nights this place will work but don’t expect anything spectacular. Very basic furnishings and a rather old and basic remodel. Very light kitchen utensils or countertops. It is basic but it works

Our stay

When we showed up to the property we were very disappointed with the cleaning before we got there… too much to list … but we were greeted with floors that our shoes stuck to there were a lot of issues with the cleaning. The owners sent the housekeeper back and it was a bit better. We found out later on that there was a party of at least 60 people 2 hours before we checked in…. Y’all need to do better! We communicated constantly with the owner and most of their messages were canned and not consistent to our house. They said there was driveway and street parking, then were told there was no driveway. Then were asked to load the dishwasher when we checked out, but there is no dishwasher. The property owners should be more aware of their audience and which property they are talking about.
