  • This quaint unit is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The 2nd floor has a living room, bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The 3rd floor is a large, open area with a queen sized bed and queen sized daybed.

    The entrance to the building is a shared entrance with the long-term tenant downstairs. The first floor unit and second floor unit have separately coded entrances once inside the building.

    Parking is a shared driveway with the tenant below. The tenant below does not have a vehicle, but they may from time to time have a guest parking there. Street parking is also available.

    Location is 1.7 miles to the cliff walk, less than a mile to several of the mansions on Bellevue Avenue, 2 miles to Easton Beach, 2 miles to Fort Adams, .5 mile to King Park and the harbor, all the restaurants, bars and shopping. There's a large park 1 block over from the apartment, Morton Park.
