    Step outside to experience true coastal living with a large outdoor deck, grill, and private dock overlooking the sound. Guests also have access to a neighborhood kayak launch, making it easy to enjoy time on the water. Please note: the boat dock is available for guest use, but the lift is reserved for owner use only.
