Great house!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for our family. The location was great as well. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable and great location

We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was supplied with quality items for use. Location was great for walking to nearby shops, restaurants and the beach.

Great Beach House

We loved this house and it had everything we needed for our stay. My kids loved it so much, they asked if we could just hang out at the house instead of going to the beach. We loved the rooms and all the couches were especially awesome!

Absolutely wonderful 3 bedroom/3 bath house close to the ocean. Charming beach decor and partial ocean views. We had a girls trip with 3 generations and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot.

Great home for adults

each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes this home a good choice for adults who like privacy. The ocean view is beautiful, the location is close to Nye Beach, and the house provides a homey base.

Great Beach House!

Great home with an ocean view and close to Nye beach. Bathrooms in every bedroom was very convenient. Kitchen is well stocked, and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Our large family had a great time and was very comfortable here!

Relaxation and clean air

We had a great stay. The location was perfect, although the road was busy with traffic because it leads to the beach access. You could see a bit of the ocean and definitely hear it. It was great to sit oou on the upper deck to relax and kisten to the siunds. Very relaxing.

Newport House

This property was absolutely fabulous. Outstanding location in historic Nye Beach. Easy walking distance to core area and the beach. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we were all very comfortable in the living area and bedrooms. The house is very tastefully decorated and by far the best stocked kitchen any of us have encountered in a rental. Highly recommend this property.

Gem On the Beach

Surprisingly fabulous beach home. Thoughtfully stocked with something for every need, the comforts of home such as a tea kettle, but also the needs of the traveler such as individual use shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Clean with an interior decorated by an adroit designer - the house is ready and seems staged for movie because it is so perfect.

Nice location, not worth it

Unfortunately we walked into a gas smell that came from the fireplace left on. The furniture, linens, and pillows were uncomfortable. Even the toilets had some issues (wouldn’t stop running). It’s a wonderful location with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Credit to the local team for taking our issue seriously, especially when it came to safety.

The Newport House was great

It’s a comfortable, well equipped home. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom which is great for a stay with two families. Beach access is a 10 minute walk or short drive to Nye Beach turnaround. The ocean is only a few blocks away, but the cliffs are too steep for access nearby. We had an enjoyable two night stay. Better attention to cleaning would make this a better location. The floors, stairs, and stove all had crumbs and hair. Also hair in two of the tubs, and the downstairs toilets were very dirty under the seats.

Nice Place

Easy access to get to beach and restaurants. Nice bedrooms/bathrooms. Not the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed, entryway inside littered with tree debris/sand. Staircase carpet very stained. Hair in the bathrooms. Miscellaneous items broken (door jams) Dishes in the dishwasher (already washed). The kitchen is not conducive for doing your own cooking, cookware is in terrible condition and cheap. Plenty of dishes though for serving up/sharing take-out. All of the bed linens smelled of strong detergent/fabric softener. It was nauseating and very irritable for our skin. Not sure why it was used when there was “free and clear” detergent with the washer and dryer. Appreciated having access to the washer and dryer and garage. Overall a nice place and we would stay again. Although we would probably bring our own cookware and call ahead to see if they could wash the linens with scent free detergent.
