The rental also includes 2 free off-street parking spaces.
The Space: Our recently renovated 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo sits directly on Thames Street. No need to worry about driving while in town - you're an easy walk to ALL! Its private floor, back rooftop deck in addition to the 3 bedrooms will allow you and your guests to have all the privacy and space you need. Carefully designed to not miss a detail. Come stay in style, we would love to host you.
The loft is centered around an open floor plan, with an updated kitchen finished with marble countertops leading out to the rooftop deck. There are two bedrooms on one side of the loft and the third bedroom on the opposite. Walk out to the deck with harbor views. A fun living "gathering area" with enough space for all to relax, adjacent to a dining room table for 6. A vintage Italian work desk makes it easy for those to work from home. This one story loft is located on the third floor of the building, right on Thames Street.
SUMMER: ALL bedrooms have their own AC and the living room as well.
Guest Access: You will have the entire 3BR apartment to yourselves during your stay. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

We had a wonderful stay! The home is quiet and has everything you need. You walk out and the is access to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and activities. Would definitely recommend!!!
The Apt was in a great location for walking to a lot of places. The Apt and was very clean. It was perfect for the 6 of us. There was some noise outside late at night on one of the nights but that was to be expected being across from a restaurant bar.
I booked this apartment for a weekend trip with friends and have nothing but great things to say about our stay! The apartment is clean and nicely furnished and easily fit our group of five without feeling cramped. The location is incredible-- you are right in the middle of the downtown area and pretty much everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The two included parking spots are incredibly convenient and the roof deck is awesome. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the gorgeous weather and harbor views. The host is very communicative, kind, and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
the stairs turned out to be steeper and more numerous than I understood them to be when researching the apartment. VRBO email providing check in process delivered 7 hours after we arrived for check in. Fortunately owner was reachable and kindly guided us via phone. Good location. Deck was lovely. View excellent as long as you didn't sit down.

Fantastic property in a great location. This apartment had such a great vibe and very cool decor. It was very clean, extremely spacious, and very well appointed.. Super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, and really nice linens Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor balcony. Highly recommend!
The family needed a quick summer trip and this was the perfect spot to stay. Great location on Thames so the teens and 20somethings could walk to the arcade and shop, we could all walk to dinner and catch great sunsets from the roof deck. The place was good sized and had everything you would need. The two parking spaces were a great addition!
My friends and I stayed here 4th of July weekend and could not recommend it enough. We didn’t know what to expect since there were only 5 reviews, but it completely exceeded our expectations. It is in a prime location on Thames street, walking distance to bars, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. We also had 2 off-street parking spots which were extremely convenient. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for the 6 of us. The rooftop deck was the cherry on top. And if that wasn’t enough, Mark, the host, was incredible. He made our check-in and check-out easy, was very responsive and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in Newport and you come across this place, you need to book it!
Apartment had a lot of character and was perfect for our visit. Location was fantastic and host was the best! We have stayed at several VRBOs and this was the best with the highest level of service from Markus. Already planning our next trip!
