    Spend your days enjoying the sunshine without having to hop in the car, as there are many outdoor activity options nearby including surfing, fishing, whale-watching, or hiking along the coast. Beautiful Location

This is my second stay at this property. It has a stunning view and quick access to the beach. The property has a few maintenance issues that should be taken care of such as a broken leg on the couch and a drain that will not stay open in one of the showers. Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay.

The location was perfect with a beautiful view from the deck and path to the beach. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen could use some updated cookware but it had everything we needed.

NICE SPACE FOR LARGE GROUP

The space is just big enough for everyone to have privacy, but not so big that you get lost. Beach access is very easy and quick. Bedroom pillows are "flat stanleys" so bring your own if you like thicker pillows! A blow dryer is not on the amenity list, but there is one, so don't pack one if you're trying to save space. All in all, a nice stay for our group.

The house is cozy. Tucked away in the trees but a beautiful view from the porch of the lighthouse. The blinds had dust on them and the back window was dirty. The mattress are very hard spring mattress. Main bedroom has a thin pad cover. There should be pads on all mattresses. Other than that it's very nice. We loved it. Only 2 tvs. Which is fine.

Very pleasant- bbq is rough. Home is very comfortable. Had to fix drain in the bath sink downstairs. Totally plugged - would not drain. Drains now. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Switch upstairs master bathroom is not good.

hear the waves beauty

stunning beauty where you can hear the ocean from the decks / living room (patio door open) pros gas fireplace stunning views from upstairs and downstairs deck walk to beach trees/birds listen to the waves cons unusable pillows I had to go to walmart to buy an acceptably firm pillow crumbs in toaster unwashed linens in washer machine on my arrival no instructions for how to turn on shower in master upstairs bedroom (i figured it out >> it has to be pulled on ) no turn into property road from 101 Northbound (a Minor inconvenience as one can turnaround a little bit past the entry) no garbage bags in unit no desk for anyone who might be working (telecommuting) as i was (i used dining room table) upstairs bedroom/bed had odd smell {i never did figure out where it came from but kept door to patio open a bit} I have stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was very nice but not exceptional in terms of kitchen appointment or preparatons (or shower instruction for upstairs) all in all, a stunning location check in instructions were superb i'd stay again just to hear the ocean and to experience the silence

Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Short walk to an area of the beach. If you have any knee issues the stairs inside the home and on the walk to the beach may be a problem for you. There is a downstairs bedroom which was convenient. My husband and I had the master suite upstairs which was very nice but I will say was a little uncomfortable because there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom area, so if bathroom privacy is a must for you take this into consideration. I went next door to my mom’s room and used hers when needed and left the room when my husband was using it. This was not very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. A suggestion would be to have a tv in bedrooms other than the master. My mom was really wishing she had a tv in her room. One other suggestion would be to have a shorter code for entry to the property because the key pad is very sensitive and had to start over several times every time we came in and out. Regardless of these things we would definitely stay here again. I’m hoping we can come back another time when it doesn’t rain everyday so we can enjoy the deck areas. The area was very quiet and private. We did not see or hear any of our neighbors.I really enjoyed our stay here.
