Location, location, location! Welcome home to this street-level beautifully renovated condo right on Thames St. This condo lies in the heart of Newport, steps from downtown, ocean drive, and the beaches. Features include all brand new amenities with a nautical décor. Fresh off a major overhaul including top of the line stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new furniture and flat screens- this unit has it all! A small yard out back and laundry access upon request complete the space.

The space: This newly redone condo features high ceilings and lots of natural light. Large all new windows give this unit an airy feel that compliment the tasteful furnishings. The entire kitchen is brand new, with a granite breakfast nook, stainless steel Samsung appliances, and all the amenities you could need. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds with TV's on the walls and all the channels you could need, including premium movie channels.

Very clean and easy access to all things Newport. Host was quick to respond and offer early check in for us after a long day we had of travel. Beds were comfortable and the linens and toiletries were all great! Walking distance to everything and very quiet area on Thames Street.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It was perfect! My husband & I and our 2 pups were very comfortable & there was an extra bedroom for our son who came for a few days too!! We had a wedding in Newport so it was the perfect location too. We could walk to almost everything. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Newport! Communication with our hosts Matt & Ryan was great too. They were fantastic!

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient location and spotless, but the one bedroom was very small and difficult to navigate because you could only get out of bed on one side. Parked on street but never had trouble getting a spot within 25 feet of door.
