This property boasts three bedrooms each with king size beds, flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. On the the first level, guests will enjoy an open floor plan that unites a gourmet kitchen and living room with a cozy gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is accented by granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a modern-meets-casual dining set with chic chairs and bench-style seating. There are two bedrooms on the first level, one featuring a private balcony. The master suite on the second level features a sitting area with a queen size sofa bed and a spiral staircase leading up to the Loft's highest balcony. This property also features a driveway for off-street parking.
***Cancellation Policy*** Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
