Located right after the Phillip Island Bridge with fabulous restaurants, shopping and a park both in Newhaven & San Remo. 1 min walk to Newhaven Bakery & Cafe & 5 min walk to Saltwater Restaurant at the Jetty. 5 to 10 minutes walk to multiple beaches. Book a massage at Island Healing 1 minute walk. Bike Trails hug the coast. 20 mins drive and you can explore the whole Island. Linens & towels provided.

Perfect relaxing stay as always

Love staying here every year. So relaxing and quiet with the best view. Has everything we need with the deck and swim spa getting a lot of use. Always so clean and the host and cleaner are friendly and always helpful.

Great location and property

Had a group of overseas visitors , young and old plus pet, and everyone had a great stay. Location was fantastic, property was also great for a biggier group. Would have loved to stay a few more nights!

Absolutely amazing

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The house itself was very clean and well maintained and has all you can ask for the perfect getaway. The view across the Newhaven yacht club every morning is great to wake to every morning. The host was very informative and was very accomodating also. Would highly recommend staying at this property and will hopefully re book ourselves back in soon.

Fabulous!

We had an amazing stay. The property was beautifully presented and very well equipped with everything we could ever need. The swim spa was incredible and definitely a highlight of the stay for everyone. The view from the balcony was lovely. Also so amazing that our little dog could also enjoy the holiday with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Newhaven Retreat

A lot of times holiday properties do not live up to the advertising photos, in this case, the home exceeded the photos. The property was very clean, and had everything needed for a short, or longer stay. And the pool spa was just what was needed after a long trip to the island. Would highly recommend for families or friends.

Perfect getaway

We are a bunch of middle aged women who revel in a weekend away about twice a year. We are looking for clean, comfortable, well stocked with kitchen stuff, good oven, comfy beds… pluses are a great view. And that’s before we even thought of a divine swim spa! We’ve found our unicorn. Wonderful trip!

Great house with majestic views

We stayed at the house for 3 nights and it was heavenly. Beautiful scenery, great location and all you need inside. The table tennis was a hit and we enjoyed walks to the shops and along the beach multiple times per day. Magnificent coffee shop across the road that is open at 7:30am every day. Breathtaking!!!

Wow wow wow what an amazing place. We stayed for 3 nights, only wish we stayed longer. Beautiful spacious house with breathtaking views from the balcony. Loved the outdoor alfresco area by the pool. The lights in the pool made it so much fun for everyone. Definitely a 10/10 and would highly recommend this place for a great getaway. Thank you Brigitte!

Weekend getaway with old school friends.

The house is set in a quiet area with a gorgeous, uninterrupted view to the Newhaven marina and beyond. The layout of the house is so comfortable and workable with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The board games, table tennis table and the wonderful spa pool provided kept us busy. We enjoyed the shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, some within walking distance, not to mention the local wild life of pelicans, swans and the Cape Baron geese for example viewed on our walks. I can’t recommend this house highly enough and we are so looking forward to our return visit in July!

What a wonderful break!

We have come home from our week away on Phillip Island feeling very refreshed. This is a beautiful property. Exceptionally clean and so large for a big family you can lose yourself in it. The area is quiet and peaceful but a short walk to coffee and a beautiful bakery. Lovely relaxing view from the balcony over the boats at the Yacht club and out to the bay. The swim spa was a huge bonus and thoroughly enjoyed by adults and teenagers alike. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this property if you are looking for a lovely break. Being able to take our dog with us was also a big drawcard.

Absolutely stunning

Our family stayed for 3 nights and did not want to leave! This break was well overdue and well worth waiting for. From the stunning view to the simply beautiful inside of the home to the spaces allocated for fun and leisure, this home has it all. For a family of 10 ranging from a toddler to adults we were all completely comfortable and happy. The house is decorated very tastefully with everything you need and more. Cannot fault it. Brigitte was amazing and we have booked again !!

Relaxation central

The property was beautifully presented with wonderful toiletry supplies. A wonderful relaxing location with those lovey sea breezes to cool the day as you marvel across the Newhaven marina to the ever changing distant water views. Only 10-15 minutes from everything on the island. Thankyou Brigette !!! It is a wonderful residence

This property was pretty well furnished and provided day to day needs for all 8 of us. It exceeded our expectations in most areas, but the pool was slightly small for such a beautiful and big area. 1 kid and 1 teenager were swimming and got scraped by something in the swimming pool. Overall the place was in a good location and was exceeding our expectations.

This is a beautiful house to stay in as a family. Enjoyable spaces. The heated pool was a hit with the children and adults, with an ideal outdoor area to sit under cover. As we stayed during a cooler month during Spring. A quiet area but within walking distance to a lovely bakery for breakfast and a restaurant for dinner

Mid week adventure with the girls.

This is the my second stay at this terrific house this year and it was just as fabulous as the first! Newhaven and the Island have so much to offer and explore even at this wintery time of the year, with the comforting thought of returning to a warm spa and house with its fabulous views over the marina. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and there is a large choice of games, including table tennis, to entertain guests who aren’t quite ready to sit down with a book or stare at the ever changing view. Communication with our host was easy and many thanks to her for our wonderful stay. Can’t wait for my next visit!
