Relax and enjoy country life on this sprawling estate 7 minutes from Buttermilk Falls State Park, Robert Treman State Park, and 15 minutes from Ithaca. 1 king bed and 2 queen beds in 3 bedrooms provide ample, comfortable space for groups or to provide quiet workspace. Fast wifi in every room, new appliances, new smart TVs and HE washer and dryer provide all the conveniences of home. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer for added convenience. Visit Newfield, the home of the oldest covered bridge in the nation, and enjoy casual dining and a great time in the quaint restaurants and bars of Newfield. Deer are regular visitors in the backyard, along with many other wildlife friends. Enjoy nature and the beautiful views from this gorgeous property.

We had a great time at this beautiful place! Kitchen has everything needed to cook a big meal, and nice new appliances. Plenty of room for multiple people in the kitchen. We also loved eating out on the deck while seeing the expansive nature view and the distant hills and listening to the many birds. It was perfect.

This was the perfect retreat for me and my wife while visiting our college students. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is appointed with everything we needed. We truly enjoyed having coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings on the porch, enjoying the beautiful views, privacy and wildlife. Host was very friendly and available to answer questions when we asked about restaurant recommendations, we got some great ones! We will absolutely be back on our next visit.
