"Property is in an excellent location, close to many local attractions. However, the directions to the property were not clear as the postcode brought you to a completely different street. What3words location stamp could be an easy solve for this. The room itself wasn't great, needed a bit of a renovation. Paint stains on carpet in bedroom and walls in need of some improvement works. "This is a fantastic rental for anyone wanting to stay in the Dublin area, but in a quieter neighborhood outside of the city. It is a short walk to the train station for getting into Dublin, but also close to two small local towns that have all the amenities anyone could need. The host, Karen, was also wonderful and very responsive. "

"The location was great for our 4 day stay in Dublin and surrounds. Off street parking, bus pickup almost right across the street, approximately 8 miles from Dublin city center. It is spacious, and has both a washer and dryer, which is hard to find. It is obviously owned by a family with school-aged children, as their pictures and playthings are there in the house.
