A beautiful view of Newcastle Beach awaits you in this stunning and fashionably furnished apartment.
A short walk from the beach, CBD, and Honeysuckle area, this gorgeous apartment is suitable for both corporate travelers, and those looking for a luxury weekend away - without the hotel prices.

This is a one-bedroom apartment, with a queen size bed in the bedroom. There is a fold out king size futon in the lounge room, which can sleep up to two extra guests.

Please specify in your correspondence if you'd like to use the futon, so additional linen can be provided. There will be an additional $20 charge when using the futon when less than three guests are staying.

There is a combination washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.

For parking there is metered parking on the street in front of the apartment which is FREE after 5pm weekdays, after 1pm on Saturdays and all day Sunday. There is FREE all day parking 200m walk away up the hill on Watt Street or there is a paid public parking garage on Bolton Street.

Available Parking a Drawback
The property was fine but availability of parking was real draw back and the free parking was difficult to find. Promotion of the property should be a bit more honest about this. In any event hiring a car (as we did)or bringing your is not necessary as you can walk most places and using a Uber is cheaper than hiring a vehicle.

Wonderful sea views
Our stay at the apartment was so relaxing. Sea views to watch the dolphins and the surfers. Close to all the walks, cafes and restaurants. Comfy bed and all amenities required. Easy check in and great communication with the hosts. Wonderful balciny for having a drink and watching the sundown. My favourite thing was hearing the surf as you went to sleep and woke up!

Perfect position and awesome seaview
Loved our stay in April 2022 - perfect position on the top of the hill directly opposite Newcastle Beach. Walking distance to so many restaurants, cafes and bars. Kitchen well kitted out, even having film wrap, foil, olive oils and vinegars so only need to buy food. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Beachside view was exactly as the pictures. Kitchen utilities were well provided for and all linen and towels supplied for a family of 4. Location was brilliant, appreciated the hostess book with apartment details giving local tips on where to eat and how to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Street parking was good so we didn’t need to stress.

This is a great little one bedroom apartment. It has great views where I watched dolphins and whales
Great place for a getaway. Claire was very helpful. Only thing is I have a bad back and found the bed a tad soft, but don't let that put you off staying here. I had the pleasure of watching dolphins and whales every morning while having my morning coffee.

Well appointed apartment containing everything you need. Beautiful views from the balcony and a great location. Everything as described and excellent communication. Our only feedback would be to upgrade the mattress as we barely slept the 2 nights we were there due to it being so uncomfortable, which made for a long trip home.
