"This place is perfect for groups of families and/or friends - it has all of the things you need for a group of 15-20, including a great kitchen / dining setup, lots of communal space, indoor and outdoor areas, etc. We lovoed the hot tub and the hamper on arrival was great. Everything you need is included, and the lock up garage with remote control door is a bonus!! 5 minute walk to pub, restaurants & cafes, & Coles. 10 minutes walk to beaches. Highly recommend"

"Property in very good condition and clean with all required amenities. Communication was very poor. We were stuck outside trying to work out how to enter for a hour. I didn’t have a functioning phone or WiFi to communicate. My sister did but had problems getting contact to the owners phone number. This could have been planned at least a few days earlier with communication via email. Not everyone from the UK has a working phone in Australia without WiFi "

"We liked the location, the modern decor of the cabin and the pool and beach access. Parking was impossible to get into and the 2nd bedroom had a thick steel ladder blocking the double bed in a tiny room. The bathroom was too small."

"Booked apartment for overnight stay in Newcastle, Got a call explaining I had to pick up keys in a different location that was in a difficult area to get to, I did this, I paid a large deposit that is not mentioned anywhere in booking details, the deposit was refunded upon return of the keys to the very difficult to get to hotel in Honeysuckle, a highly populated, extremely high traffic area . My opinion , disaster of a way to do things. Get a key lock box at property, it’s 2024 "

"The apartments are not sound proof so you could hear you neighbours walking around their apartment which was annoying if the had young children who chose to run up and down the stairs."

"Garage door wouldn't close/lock which was disconcerting. Felt like I was getting bitten by something in the bed. Flyscreen in bathroom was broken which meant there were some bugs in the room."

"Great location disappointing cleanliness and state of apartment. Balcony unable to be used due to structural issues, unit was not overly clean, tv in lounge room had remote that didn’t work, unit was showing signs of wear with many walls having repairs but not being repainted. "

"There was a lot of noise from people until the early hours of the night fighting and yelling on the king st side near the carpark for Quest. Both my wife and myself had very little sleep due to this."

"It was pouring rain and we had to park a fair way from our unit. Bathroom had mould on the ceiling and I could write my name on the bedside table and lamp. Decor was very good and in spite of this I would probably stay there or in the same accommodation again. Much less stressful than a small motel room. "
