"Convenient but quiet"
The hotel was really well-located, easily less than 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. The room was a bit of a trek from the lobby in that we had to climb three flights of stairs and navigate some winding hallways but everything was just fine about the place.

"Ideal choice, if you're in the area"
This hotel does what it says on the tin; we were in the area for a wedding and it was the perfect location and price. The staff were helpful and we were able to check in an hour and a half early. The room was comfortable - though the bed a little small! - and there were nice toiletries in the bathroom.

Had an enjoyable stay, room spacious and clean although the bathroom would benefit from updating. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Grounds great for letting the children run off steam. Overall no complaints and would return if needed to stay in the area again

"Nice hotel, but noisy room"
Nice hotel and quite good value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would avoid room 3 'The Grand National' - actually a disabled room with huge shower room - but the plumbing was very noisy and kept me awake for much of the early hours! Otherwise a good place to stay!
