Great Stay

Enjoyed our stay! We were there for a softball tournament and they were very close to the fields. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed for our quick trip.

The property was great and the communication with property manager was right on time and very accommodating. It was a great stay with a pet and had a nice little doggie park on property, however, just like all dog parks, the pet owners do not pick up after their pets as they should. We were not able to use the pool, gym or other facilities, but they all looked very nice and maintained properly. Heads up for anyone with staircase difficulties, there were no elevators in our building, but only two sets of stairs to climb. Overall A and a great stay.

Beautiful newly built apartments -- super clean- had everything we needed. About 15-20 min drive to UF but out of the way enough to feel peaceful. Shops and restaurants close by and unbelievable common areas-- pool, gym, clubhouse-- all were immaculate and really lovely! I would return again and again. Hate to let the secret out...

The place was exactly like described! Our place was clean and quiet. John the onsite manager was very kind and responsive. The check in and out process was seamless. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Note: Because the property is fairly new your GPS may guide you to turn right, instead the place is located on the left and the name of the property is called Vanguard.

This sparkling new apartment was extremely spacious with a large master and slightly smaller second bedrom. The kitchen was very nice and included everything you would need to cook a meal for up to 6 people. The large pool was clean and beautiful. The area the complex was in was peaceful and safe. It was the perfect place to rest after a long day.

We had an incredible week at this property! The space is beautifully clean, modern, and fully furnished, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. John, onsite manager, was exceptional—always going the extra mile to assist and provide answers to our questions. The only small issue was the lack of an elevator, and our room was on the third floor, but I’m sure they would’ve accommodated us if we’d requested. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

Barasala

Our stay at the Barasala was nice and comfortable. It was spacious and had all the essentials you need to cook, pots, pans, utensils, and cups. The restroom was nice and spacious, I was glad they provided body wash because I actually left mine at home. I really appreciate the staff checking throughout our stay to make sure we were good and didn't need anything. We needed some additional towels, and John was expedient and made sure we had them ASAP. I would definitely recommend Barasala to family and friends .
