Overall the house was nice and clean and just like the listing. Check in process was smooth and I have no complaints. The host was very helpful and answered any concerns I had quickly.

The Host quick respond, location are not a good fit for family who has children, hard to find parking on the street. Bathroom were dirty, we found a coffee bag with mold, dusty everywhere ( our children got skin rashes from all the dust), including bedroom area and specially playpen where I put my baby. Alots homeless at night time, kind scared my children.

The cleanliness of the property left a lot to be desired. At one point the light cut out in one of the rooms, but Michael did explain to us why that happened and give us a way to fix the issue. The neighborhood surrounding the property is not one I would recommend to people who are traveling alone, but the property does have a security door and an automatic lock on the main door. Outside of the negatives, Michael was a very attentive host and answered all communication quickly. In sum, the price was relatively low when split between a large group, and you get what you pay for.
