- This unit is subject to noise due to construction near the building.
- Parties and Smoking of any kind will result in immediate termination. Fines will apply. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- This reservation may be subject to a security deposit, not more than $350. This is a requirement from the building.

- You must adhere to quiet hours. No loud music or disturbing noise is allowed, especially in the evening. Please be mindful of noise, as you will have neighbors.

7. Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing a pet will result in the termination of your reservation. If you are traveling with a service animal, you must declare it and the breed prior to check-in. Service animals must be accompanied at all times and cannot be left alone under any circumstances.

DIRTY. HAIR ON MATTRESS

Black spots in the ceiling (mold?). Hair on the mattress. No sheets, blankets or pillows. Tried to get bedding. Waited over an hour and left. Fighting for a refund.
