"Friendly staff at the front desk and great location. I appreciated that it was pet friendly. Door to parking lot and pet area was never opened and when I asked the maintenance guy if he was opening it, I got snarky response. My dog discovered lots of leftover “stuff” in the room, like lighter and broken pieces of furniture under the bed. Since parking lot door wasn’t open the only convenient and open parking was for diamond club members. Only one elevator was working and it was beyond slow."
