Nightmare on Fairmount street
Vrbo issues
1. Stain on couch
2. Door missing strike plate (missed multiple Ubers trying to get it locked)
3. Misleading ad on location. This is in the middle of the hood in an unsafe neighborhood.
4. Messed up dining table
5. Subpar bathtub
6. Lack of amenities (had to ask for coffee as only 3 k cups were out for 5 of us) Had to ask for toilet paper and there was only 1 towel per person for the entire week.
7. One bedroom had no a/c
8. Parking was nearly impossible
9. Single cup Keurig machine overflows and is too small for up to 5 guests staying. Has odd smell to it.
10. Dirty return vent
I will be contacting someone at vrbo in the morning because this was not a fun vacation as we paid extra for missed Ubers and there was a dangerous construction site next door with no railing or fence.
