The hotel was great and the staff were very helpful, however the elevators are terrible. We had to wait for 15 minutes to go down to the ground floor so take that into consideration when you need to be somewhere. Also if you are looking to get Hilton points then book direct. Hotel Edison Times Square
Staff were very nice. Lines were long but moved quickly. Room was very clean. The room was small but as expected for midtown. Location was excellent, only steps to Times Square and shows.
