"Smaller room and more dated than most Hampton Inns. Breakfast had limited choices, overcooked sausage and tight space to navigate to get the food. Also, according to the signage, regular strength coffee was not offered, only decaf and”light roast”."

"When i arrived I was told the hotel was full. I had booked it through Expedia. They had sent me an email telling me the hotel could not honor my reservation - but alas I don't read email while I am driving!! So I was very disappointed. They offered to send me to a sister hotel in East Greenbush but that is where I had already driven through to get there - and I was heading west that next day not east. I found accommodations myself west of Albany which were fine but I did not have a chance to change my clothes for the event I was attending nearby because of this mix up. I am very disappointed in Expedia. I have always felt confident booking through them."
