Have fun with the whole family at Ann City
Experience that is comfortable and very stylish and is only 10 minutes from jfk, 10 to 15 minutes from the UBS Arena, 7 mins from the LIRR that will get you to Manhattan in 15 mins to enjoy a city that never sleep! Ann City Experience is directly across the street from a park and also close to supermarkets, shopping malls, food chains and so much more!
When you walk into this home you will experience 3 bedrooms, Fashion Ave, Wall St and Time Square!

The space
You can enjoy a modern spacious home with family or friends playing board games, cards listening to music or watching a 70in TV with surround sound.
Smart TV's are in every room!

Guest access
There is no parking in the driveway, but you will not have a problem finding parking in front of the door or on the block. You're welcome to use all amenities in the backyard that is fence and closed off for privacy.

Other things to note
The kitchen sink has a sensor so to get the water running, you have to gently tap the faucet. Also the remotes have labels on the back to let guest know what each remote operate. To get in the house is a digital keypad entry. Tap the screen, the numbers come in circles, type your code and then the digital square at the bottom and you're in Ann City Experience. Enjoy!!
