NEW Sundrenched 1bed apt in Carroll Gardens Brooklyn Brownstone

We have had the pleasure of hosting visiting parents/grandparents in the area as well as people between apartments or renovations. Spacious one-bed apartment on 2nd floor of a gut renovated brownstone in Carroll Gardens. Incredible location on tree lined quiet street, close to restaurants and subway to Manhattan.




*** Please note the house is being renovated so some construction below - separate entrance for construction workers but the price has been discounted to account for any inconvenience ***

We live on the top floor apartment with our 2 boys (3 year old and 6 m old) and are available if you need anything!
