The staff is incompetent. He gave me a key to a room where another guest was staying . The other guest and I both complained to him. I told him the wake up call is at 4:30 am when I checked in. After he switched room. He forgot to put wake up call at my new room . I missed the train and spend more than 200 dollars to buy another ticket . In the morning, I called the front desk, I said I would not stay in the hotel anymore, because the hotel failed to do the wake-up call. The woman down there asked me why I would do that just because the hotel did not do the wake-up call.

Beautiful large double aspect room, friendly and helpful staff, lovely relaxation and bar areas. Close to UN, Field of Light and the East River. Sunrises over the East river and reflections on buildings were spectacular.

Nice hotel. Room was small. VERY small for a large person. Water pressure in the shower was terrible! And it took minutes for the water to get hot. Otherwise a nice place to stay.
