I liked the fact that it was pretty close to the mall and not too far from the Ocean Breeze complex for the indoor track state championship competition. The staff was very nice. Although, my room did have an odor near the fridge in the room almost like something died. I had to spray some perfume to get past the smell. Also, they made me pay for parking that was supposed to be secure and locked up. The gates are broken so I paid for nothing. Other than those little glitches it was an ok stay.

I would not return to that very dirty hotel. They never gave us room service during the four nights we stayed. The refrigerator was dirty. The bathroom extractor fan made a lot of noise. It looked like a helicopter. The wall where the bed lamp is had snot stuck to the copper lamp. It was broken, I wouldn't go back there anymore, it's a scam.

Don’t stay at this hotel I was there for 13 nights and the room are dirty no water presión for showers and if you need towel have to go to the front desk whit the dirty towel to get new ones sometimes they don’t have clean towel available and they charge for security parking lot and the crazy part is the parking gate are completely broken and is not secure and the front lobby entrance the grass they forgot to cut and is like 5 inch tall look like a forest please don’t stay at this crap the picture in the internet is nothing compared to the reality bad bad bad bad

The water pressure was very low. There was hair in the tub and sink. Left a bottle of cleaner in the room when I checked in. Housekeeper knocked on the door at 10 am instead of 11 and tried to walk in my room. Very dissatisfied!!!

The staff when we checked in were tentative and polite but when checking out it was a totally difficult story. I stood at the desk for several minutes while several staff members argued amongst themselves. The bathrooms need updates bad, so bad that they look really dirty.

As soon as i walked in the room, the kitchen caught my eye. The outside of the refridgerator was dingy and dirty with brown spots all over it. didn't want to put anything in it. The stove was also dirty with rust all over it and the vent looked like it was picked up off the street. The bath tub did not have a stopper. it had a black hole in it. I did not even take a shower for the fear that something may crawl out. All of the faucets were leaking when i walked in. I honestly did not sleep well because of what i saw in the room. I was scared to get inside the covers of my bed because I was afraid that there might be bedbugs because of the dirtiness of the room itself. I literally slept in my clothes that i came in and tried to sleep on top of the bed. I think i slept a total of 3 hrs that night. I was exhausted the next day. It was an aweful experience. I have the video to proove what saw.

This property is very worn down on the insides. The room was bot cleansed properly and you could see fingerprints all over including the headboards. Luckily i brought my own disinfectant wioes because it was too late to look for another property. The AC vent/filter clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages and this is an extended stay hotel so obviously there has been cooking going on in the room. Bathtub still had the dirt ring around it. The drain was so dirty and has no cover so you're just staring down a dirty black grout infested hole. The staff clearly does the bare minimum when cleaning because the bed had hairs on it and floor dirty when i took a wipe and wiped a section of the floor to see. I deserve a full refund because it was the most uncomfortable sleep because my skin was literally crawling from the lack of cleaning of this room.
